For group intercommunication with a digital experience, HelixNet offers the simplicity of partyline communication, digital audio clarity and ease of deployment on a facility’s standard IT network infrastructure via an Ethernet/LAN connection. The standard 1RU system is capable of increasing channels for additional intercom or Input/Output ports for interfacing with other systems.
The overall design of HelixNet Partyline was developed on an innovative set of advanced core technologies called I.V.Core. The I.V.Core platform provides a flexible basis for carrying all the familiar attributes of a traditional analog partyline intercom—simple communication functions and plug-and-go setup—onto the digital realm. I.V.Core also unlockes the system capability to network and operate over modern-day infrastructures such as Ethernet/IP.

User-friendly and intuitive controls that make it easy to operate and configure: Talk/Call, Individual Volume Control, Stage Announce, Remote Mic Kill and All Talk buttons are all Main Station features. Up to three Stations can be linked together and are automatically detected and configured so that any beltpack has access to any two of the available active intercom channels.
Maximize your audio and communication channels on a small 1RU system. HelixNet comes with interface module option bays for integration with 2- or 4-wire intercom systems or for intelligent networking of HelixNet Main Stations (HMS-4X). The HMS-4X offers 12 channels of full-duplex audio and program audio feed that can support up to 20 beltpacks on a single station. It can be further expanded to 24 channels on a single Main Station and capable of expanding its I/O ports exponentially by simply interfacing with LQ Series.

The system can be wired using a standard single pair shielded (16AWG-24AWG), AES-rated or Category cable—no rewiring of existing in-house cables. Using Clear-Com’s Core Configuration Manager (CCM), HelixNet system configuration and setup is easy with the free, browser-based software.
The HMS-4X main station is the master of any HelixNet system. The HMS-4X connects to user stations over Ethernet networks using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) or local power as well as the unique XLR powerlines. Powerlines allow connectivity over standard 3-pin XLR cables and can be daisy-chained or split passively with all channels available at any station. HLI modules allow for analog connections via 4-wire line level as well as 2-wire partyline ports.
Up to three HelixNet Main Stations (HMS) can be linked. A system, regardless of the number of linked HMS units, will have 12 channels by default with the potential of increasing that number to 24 with the purchase of a license for each HMS within the Link-Group.
